We are truly honoured and excited to have been selected as the official app of the Italian Events of Petzl‘s Belay Experience Tour, that took place at Orobia Climbing (Bergamo) on October 3rd and at Solid Climbing Club (Milan) on October 17th.

The events provided an opportunity to fully immerse in a fundamental aspect of climbing: the world of ‘belaying‘, through dedicated workshops and the possibility to discover the new NEOX®.
Indeed, 2024 has been a game-changing year for belay devices, with Petzl introducing NEOX® — an innovative assisted-braking device with a cam, optimized for lead climbing. NEOX® has been the star of the Belay Experience Tour, alongside the iconic GRIGRI®, a staple in sport climbing, and the GRIGRI+®, perfect for top-roping and beginners.

What can we say? The participation was fantastic and made the Italian edition of the Tour a true success.

NIVA digitally accompanied climbers through it all: from registration to participating in the workshops.

We’re incredibly proud and thrilled to have been chosen as the technical partner for this Tour, especially as Petzl and NIVA are united by the mission of making vertical experiences safer and more accessible.
